What is an ATS?

Applicant Tracking Systems are similar to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems, and are online software that exist for recruitment needs.  Through an ATS, jobs can be posted onto multiple job boards, and applications which come in can be filtered into different categories, for example job board, date of application, or ranking.

We will ensure that you find the best candidates for your role – whether they come through our job board advertising or if we manually resource them ourselves.

Once these candidates are in our ATS, we will screen and rank them with our flagging system.  Candidates will be flagged green if they are perfect, blue if they are okay, but missing a few things, and red if they are irrelevant.  This saves you time and effort, meaning that all you have to do is look at the best ones!
